Fast delivery

Not sure who's fault is and I would like an honest feedback. Ordered a pair of trainers, but were delivered to a wrong address. Was a hassle to get my trainers and my question is how DPD got my address wrong in the first place?? On DPD delivery note is filled from begging the wrong address. Really unhappy about what has happened and never had an answer from DPD

Excellent quality and super fast delivery

I had to return the goods i ordered as I did not realise there would be an extra 40 euro in excise. The team i dealt with were very helpful and friendly and took my feedback very well. I am yet to receive my refund but I expect it to take a few days so I am sure all is in order.

Im sending them back to narrow as i have a wide fitting, the reason for the one star is that i have tried to use your free return paid 60 pence for post office to pick them up twice now they have not turned up so I'm going to take them to the post office to send them back myself which again will cost me, needles to say i won't be ordering anything from you again very angry about all the messing about I've had to do to send them back
